Shrimp Salsa Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 lb of medium cooked shrimps; peeled & diced
1 medium-size ripened avocado; cut onto 1/2″ pcs
1/4 teaspoon of pepper (black)
1 teaspoon of salt
2 Tbsps of fresh juice of lime
1 pc of Jalapeno; diced & seeded
2 Tbsps of finely-chopped parsley
2 Tbsps of finely-chopped cilantro
1/2 c of corn-kernels
1/2 of cucumber (European); diced
1 c of peeled Jicama; diced
1/2 of med bellpepper (yellow); diced
1/2 of med bellpepper (red); diced
2 tomatoes (large); seeded & diced
Instructions:
Have everything combined excluding shrimps & avocado in medium bowl. Have mixture refrigerated for a minimum of 60 mins.
Transfer into serving bowls. Add shrimps & avocado just before you serve. Season as desired.
