Carribean Salsa Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 seeded Habanero chili; finely-minced
1/4 c of chopped basil
Juice from two limes
1/2 c of pineapples; crushed & drained
1 red bellpepper (small); seeded & sliced into 1/4″ dice
2 c of tomatoes; cored & diced
2 Tbsps of diced onions; peeled
Instructions:
Have onion placed in fine-holed strainer then rinse w/ heated water. Drain. You combine salt, chili, basil, juice of lime, bellpepper & tomatoes. Chill about 30 miins prior to serving.
