Tomato Olive Salsa Recipe
Ingredients:
1/3 c of chopped fresh cilantro
1 clove garlic; minced
1 Tbsp of red-wine vinegar
1/4 c of minced onion (red)
1 & 1/4 c of pitted olives (black)
2 & 1/1 lbs of large tomatoes
Instructions:
Have tomatoes blanched quickly in pot filled w/ boiling-water for 20 secs then drain. You peel & seed the tomatoes then place in bowl. You add the rest of the ingredients, tossing gently to combine.
