Pico de Gallo Recipe
Ingredients:
Salt
1 Tablespoon juice of lime
4 Jalapeno peppers; seeded & finely-chopped
1/4 c of chopped cilantro
1 onion (white); finely-chopped
4 ripened tomatoes (plum); seeded & finely-chopped
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients, adjusting seasonings as necessary. Have it covered & refrigerated for a minimum of an hour, then serve.
