Fire Grilled Pineapples Salsa Recipe
Ingredients:
Salt
Juice from a lime
3 Tbsps of chopped cilantro
2 chiles (Poblano); diced finely
1 onion (red); diced finely
2 bellpeppers (red); diced finely
1 peeled pineapple; cored then cut onto rings
Pepper
Chili seasoning
Instructions:
Prepare your grill. Have every pineapple slice sprinkled w/ pepper & chili seasoning. Grill them ’til both the sides are starting to char. You remove them from your grill then cool.
You slice these rings onto 1/4-inch dice. You remove their seeds & stems of your bellpeppers then cut into dice together w/ your onions.
Remove seeds of chiles & dice them as well. Combine everything, stirring well. Stand for 4 hrs.
