Mild Chile Salsa Recipe

Ingredients:

1/2 teaspoon of ginger (ground)
3/4 teaspoon of cinnamon (ground)
3/4 teaspoon of cloves (ground)
1 & 1/2 of vinegar cider
1 Tbsp of salt
3/4 c of sugar
1 garlic clove
1 onion (large); quartered
2 chiles (Anaheim); stemmed & seeded
3 & 1/2 lbs of core tomatoes; quartered

Instructions:

Whirl garlic, onion, chiles & tomatoes in blender in separate batches ’til pureed. You pour this onto 4-qt pan Add ginger, cloves, cinnamon, vinegar, salt & sugar.

Heat & cook it over low-heat,stir often ’til thickened & reduced into 1-qt. Cool.
