Gazpacho Salsa Recipe
Ingredients:
Salt
Fresh ground pepper (black)
2 finely-sliced scallions
2 seeded ripened tomato; finely-diced
2 cucumbers (Kirby); diced finely
1 pc small bellpepper (yellow); diced finely
1 pc small bellpepper (green); diced finely
Instructions:
Combine scallions, tomatoes, cucumbers & peppers in bowl. Toss w/ oil then season w/ pepper & salt. Add vinegar prior to serving.
