Tomato Salsa Recipe
Ingredients:
2 Tbsps tomato-juice
1 teaspoon of red-wine vinegar
1/4 teaspoon of cumin
1/2 teaspoon of salt
2 Tbsps fresh juice of lime
1 Tbsp of oil (olive)
1-3 cans of chiles (green)
1/4 c of chopped fresh leaves of cilantro
1-2 large Jalapenos; seeded & chopped
Instructions:
Combine cilantro, Jalapeno, garlic & onion in processor. Quickly pulse ’til chopped finely. You add tomato-juice, vinegar, cumin, salt, juice of lime, oil, chiles & tomatoes. Pulse ’til chopped.
Refrigerate w/ cover for 60 mins before you serve.
