Cranberry Ginger Salsa Recipe
Ingredients:
1/3 c of pineapples; crushed
1/2 teaspoon of grated zest of orange
2 Tbsps of chopped ginger (candied)
1/4 c of pineapple-flavored juice
1/4 c of sugar
1/3 c of raisins
1 & 3/4 c of cranberries
Instructions:
Combine peel, ginger juice, sugar, raisins, & cranberries in saucepan. Heat ’til boiling. Adjust heat & simmer mixture for 5 mins ’til cranberries’ skins pop.
Stir 3 mins after then add the pineapple. Blend thoroughly then cool.
