Creamy Cucumber Salsa Recipe

Ingredients:

2 medium cucumbers
1/2 teaspoon of coarse salt
1 teaspoon of cumin (ground)
1/8 c of cilantro
1/4 c of parsley
1 c of yogurt (plain)
1 c of sourcream

Instructions:

You peel the cucumbers then remove their seeds. Shred them finely then add rest of the ingredients, tossing well to combine. Chill w/ cover for 2 to 4 hrs.
