Creamy Salsa Dip Recipe
Ingredients:
Salt
Ground pepper (white)
5 tsps of hot-pepper sauce
1 & 1/2 c of finely-chopped scallions
6 ounces of pitted olives (black); drained & chopped coarsely
1 & 1/2 c of finely-chopped cilantro
4 garlic cloves; crushed
Juice from three limes
1 c of sourcream
1 c of mayonnaise
Instructions:
Combine sourcream & mayonnaise in bowl. Add pepper, salt , hot sauce, scallions, olives, cilantro, garlic & juice of lime. Blend thoroughly. Chill ’til ready to serve.
