Guatemalan Salsa Recipe
Ingredients:
Salt
Pepper
1/4 teaspoon of oregano
1/4 teaspoon of ground all-spice
1/2 c of vinegar (white)
3 hot green peppers (fresh); seeded & chopped finely
3 garlic cloves; crushed
2 cans of Mexican green-tomatoes (10 oz each)
Instructions:
Place hot-peppers, garlic & tomatoes in saucepan. Cook ’til tomatoes disintegrate, stirring twice or thrice. You add remaining ingredients then continue cooking ’til blended well. Transfer into clean bottles then place inside your fridge.
