Jack Daniels Salsa Recipe
Ingredients:
2 ounces of Jack-Daniels
1 teaspoon of oil (olive)
1 teaspoon of sugar
1 teaspoon of vinegar (white)
1 teaspoon of oregano
2 teaspoons of cilantro
2 teaspoons of chili seasoning
2 garlic cloves
1 onion (white)
2 chiles (Serrano)
4 peppers (Jalapeno)
4 tomatoes (large)
Instructions:
Remove the skins & seeds of peppers. You chop them finely then set them aside inside a bowl.
You dice garlic & onions then saute them in heated oil for 3 mins. You add this into peppers. Dice your tomatoes then blend ’til wanted consistency. You strain extra fluid then add this into bowl.
Add rest of the ingredients, blending well using your spoon. Place inside your fridge & chill for 60 mins before using.
