Jalapeno Salsa Recipe
Ingredients:
1 c of cilantro
1 & 1/2 tsps of salt
2 Tbsps of sugar
2/3 c of water
1/3 c of white-wine vinegar
2 garlic cloves; chopped
1/2 onion (white); chopped
12 husked tomatillos
6-12 stemmed Jalapenos
Instructions:
Have everything combined excluding cilantro. Place mixture in pot. Heat ’til boiling over low heat. Cover. Adjust heat then simmer it for 10 mins ’til tomatillos become softe.
You remove pot from heat then cool. You transfer mixture into blender once cooled then add your cilantro. Puree ’til green all over & smoothened. Refrigerate.
