Easy Salsa Recipe
Ingredients:
2.25 oz of canned sliced ripened olives; drained
16 oz of packed frozen corn-kernels; thawed
1-2 chopped tomatoes (Roma)
1 onion (small); chopped
5 garlic cloves; minced
1/3 c of oil (olive)
1/4 c juice of lemon
3 Tbsps of vinegar cider
2 Tbsps of cilantro; chopped
1/2 teaspoon of salt
4 peeled avocados; pitted & diced
1/2 teaspoon of ground pepper (black)
Instructions:
Mix onion, bellpepper, olives & corn in bowl. Separately combine pepper, salt, oregano, vinegar, juice of lemon, oil & garlic. You pour this into corn-mixture, tossing to evenly coat.
Chill w/ cover inside your fridge overnight. Add the avocados prior to serving.
