Picante Salsa Recipe
Ingredients:
5 garlic cloves; minced
1 onion (small); minced
1 Tbsp of oil (olive)
1 Tbsp of dry cilantro
3 Tbsps juice of lime
3 Tbsps of vinegar (balsamic)
1 Tbsp of garlic seasoning
1/4 teaspoon of cumin (ground)
1 teaspoon of salt
4 ounces of chopped chiles (green)
1 bellpepper (yellow); seeded & chopped
1 Ancho chile-pepper; seeded
3 peeled tomatoes; seeded & chopped
5 garlic cloves; minced

1 Tbsp oil (olive)
Instructions:
Have garlic & onion sauteed in oil in skillet placed over mid-heat ’til tender. You add the rest of the ingredients excluding cilantro. Adjust seasonings as desired.
Adjust to low-heat then simmer w/ cover for about 30 mins. Uncover then simmer about 30 more mins ’til thickened. Have it removed from the heat then add the cilantro & stir.
Have the salsa chilled overnight prior to using.
