Pineapples Jicama Salsa Recipe
Ingredients:
1 clove garlic; crushed
2 Tbsps of chopped cilantro (fresh)
1 chili-pepper (green); seeded & chopped
1/2 c of diced & seeded bellpepper (green)
1 c of drained corn in can
1 c of chopped chunked pineapples
1 & 1/2 c of chopped Jicamas; peeled
Instructions:
Place all ingredients in processor then pulse ’til mixed thoroughly. Chill w/ cover for 60 mins.
