Smoky Roasted Salsa Recipe
Ingredients:
1/4 c of fresh leaves of cilantro
2 Tbsps of salad-oil
1/4 c juice of lime
A can of chipotle-chile in adobo-sauce
3 tomatoes (large)
1 onion (medium); quartered
3 garlic cloves; peeled
Instructions:
In fry pan set over high-heat, add tomatoes, onion & garlic. Turn often while cooking ’til charred evenly. You remove them from the pan & cool.
You cut the tomatoes into half in crosswise fashion then discard its seeds. Transfer into blender then add remaining ingredients. Pulse ’til wanted consistency.
