Southwestern Salsa Recipe
Ingredients:
Salt
Ground pepper (black)
16 oz of canned beans (black); drained & rinsed
1 clove garlic (large); finely-minced
1 med avocado; sliced into bite-size pcs
1 Tbsp of oil (olive)
Juice from 2 limes
1/4 c of chopped cilantro
1 onion (red); chopped
1 c of whole-kernel corn
Instructions:
Have everything combined. Stir well. Store at room-temp w/o cover for half an hour before you serve.
