Trinidad Hot Pepper Salsa Recipe
Ingredients:
15 pcs of habanero peppers; seeded, stemmed & minced
3 c of vinegar
1/2 teaspoon of powdered curry
1/2 teaspoon of turmeric
2 Tbsp of Dijon-style mustard
1 peeled mango; pitted & diced
1 peeled papaya; diced
2 minced onions (white)
Instructions:
Have everything combined in pan. Heat ’til boiling. You lower heat & simmer about 30 mins. Remove pan from direct heat then cool & store inside your fridge.
