Watermelon Cantaloupe Salsa Recipe
Ingredients:
3 Tbsps of fresh juice of lemon
1/4 teaspoon of crushed flaked pepper (red)
1/2 teaspoon of finely-grated ginger
1 Tbsp of shallot; minced
2 Tbsps of fresh basil; chopped
1 ripened mango; peeled & diced
1 c of finely-diced watermelon
1 c of finely-diced cantaloupe
1 & 1/2 c of finely-diced Jicama
Instructions:
Have everything combined in bowl, blend well. refrigerate w/ cover for 60 mins just before you serve.
